I joined a cause ' No child Homeless' by El Shaddai Charitable trust' in GiveIndia.org, I was told that in 10 working days they will share the beneficiary details with me. I waited for the beneficiary details but nothing came. I tried to reach the customer care but no one answered. I wrote mails regarding this issue but there response was extremely slow. I got one response saying ' please wait, we are waiting for El Shaddai response' and that's all.Basically GiveIndia is a platform which has multiple different cause running. But I don't think that they have a good control over these causes. Please be careful before you decide to join them.
