Les vies d’actuació per a aconseguir aquestes finalitats són: – La formació destinada a l’enfortiment de capacitats i l’apoderament dels actors clau: societat civil, administracions, activistes, professionals de diversos sectors, així com de la ciutadania en general, a través de l’educació per la pau, en drets humans i pel desenvolupament. – La recerca per l’acció des d’una perspectiva interdisciplinària amb l’objectiu de generar coneixements que informin tant les polítiques públiques com les accions de la societat civil. – La incidència política a nivell local, estatal i internacional orientada a la mobilització i l’acció social, així com a la vigilància i la denúncia de les violacions de drets humans, i a la difusió i divulgació de les normes i estàndards de drets humans. – L’assessorament als titulars d’obligacions i responsabilitats en matèria de drets humans, per a desenvolupar, millorar i aprofundir els seus rols en la protecció, la garantia i la defensa d’aquests drets. – La participació i l’acompanyament de processos d’elaboració de polítiques públiques, de formulació o revisió de legislació, de construcció d’institucions per la salvaguarda dels drets humans. – La cooperació al desenvolupament.
