Ich habe gute Erfahrung mit den Johannitern in Bayern gemacht. Wirklich nette Leute die sich auch um einen kümmern.

Wirklich das Letzte! Mein Mann sitz im homeoffice im Meeting und braucht Ruhe im Haus. Plötzlich schlägt der Hund Alarm, weil jemand das Grundstück betritt. Normalerweise ist das nur die Post und nehme schnell an, damit wieder Ruhe ist. Dieses Mal ist es aber ein junger Mann von den Johanniter. Ich sag ihm, dass ich keine Zeit habe, da der Hund nicht aufhören wird zu bellen, solange er auf dem Grundstück ist und mein Mann im Meeting sitzt und Ruhe braucht. Darauf bekomme ich zu hören, dass ich wohl bloß keine Lust zu spenden hätte. Ach so, der junge Mann wollte Geld. Und ist jetzt sauer, dass er ungelegen kommt. Ich sage ihm, dass er doch mitbekommt, dass es gerade nicht passt (der Hund bellt immer noch) und bekomme zu hören, dass er glaube, dass ich nur nicht spenden wolle. Wütend knalle ich die Tür zu. Soetwas dreistes und freches habe ich selten erlebt. Die brauchen wirklich nie mehr bei mir ankommen!

Als solch ein Unternehmen erstmal Abgelaufenen Impfstoff verimpfen. Wenn man da schon zu unfähig ist... Wie wird es erst wenn man von der Johanniter versorgt wird am Unfallort oder der gleichen ? Bekommt man dann vielleicht sogar auch abgelaufene Ware gespritzt oder verabreicht ? Ich will definitiv von diesem Unternehmen nix mehr wissen. Lieber sterbe ich am Straßenrand als das ich am ende bei nem Unfall oder der gleichen dann wieder was falsches bekomme.

Soeben in 12045 - fremder Mann in Johanniteruniform klingelt sich ins Haus. Auf meine Frage ob was passiert wäre antwortet er nicht sondern fängt an mit "Ich möchte ich erstmal vorstellen ...". Wieder die Frage ob was passiert wäre und warum der Mann ins Haus müsste- daraufhin winkt er verächtlich in meine Richtung ab und klingelt beim Nachbarn. Auf die Frage hin was er nun wolle, was verkaufen, und warum er das nicht gleich sagewinkt er mich mit einem "Seh ich aus als ob ich was verkaufe. Ciao jetzt!" zurück in die Wohnung.Gehts noch?

Habe einen Termin ausgemacht um einen Hausnotruf einzurichten. Lange Wartezeit von 3 Wochen und ohne fixe Uhrzeit, nur Tag der Einrichtung wurde vereinbart. Mir wurde versichert, dass man sich einen Tag vorher telefonisch meldet und eine genauere Uhrzeit nennen kann. Leider wurde ich nicht angerufen und am besagten Tag wurde der Termin abgesagt. Unmögliches Verhalten, Lange Wartezeit, Termine werden nicht wahrgenommen und Absprachen nicht eingehalten. Die Dame am Telefon meinte, das es nur 6 Techniker gibt und man dadurch nicht alle Termine einhalten kann. Wenn man sichtlich überfordert zu sein scheint, dann sollte man Menschen in Not nicht auch noch sinnlos hinhalten. Bin total enttäuscht von dieser unseriöser Abwicklung der Johanniter

Zwei Monate war ich auf den Transport mit Tragestuhl angewiesen, teils viermal die Woche. Von der sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Dame bei der telefonischen Reservierung des Fahrdienstes, über die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Fahrerinnen/Fahrer selbst, bis zu der immer zuverlässigen und (über)pünktlichen Abholung, war alles top! Falls ich wieder einmal Hilfe benötigen sollte (hoffentlich nicht mehr ;-), ist die Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V. aus Aschaffenburg meine erste Wahl. Herzlichen Dank!
