Activation of the population in the area of the association. 3. Developing and implementing the local development strategy (hereinafter referred to as lsr) as a local action group (hereinafter referred to as lgd) within the meaning of the Act of 7 March 2007 on support for rural development with the participation of the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (Dz. U. No.64, item 427), (d. 20 February 2015 p. 349); the Act of 20 February 2015 on local development with the participation of local community (Dz. Z 2015r. Poz. 378) and the implementing rules for this law and the provisions of the rural development programme for the years 2014-2020 for their urban, rural and rural areas.

Zrównoważony, zintegrowany i innowacyjny rozwój obszarów wiejskich, miejsko-wiejskich i miast z uwzględnieniem należytej ochrony oraz promocji środowiska naturalnego, krajobrazu i zasobów historyczno- kulturowych, równości szans oraz rozwoju zasobów ludzkich i rozwoju gospodarczego. 2. Zaktywizowanie ludności na obszarze działania stowarzyszenia. 3. Opracowanie i realizacja lokalnej strategii rozwoju (zwanej dalej lsr) jako lokalna grupa działania (zwana dalej lgd) w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 7 marca 2007r. O wspieraniu rozwoju obszarów wiejskich z udziałem środków europejskiego funduszu rolnego na rzecz rozwoju obszarów wiejskich (dz. U. Nr.64, poz. 427), (dz.u.20 lutego 2015r.poz.349); ustawy z dnia 20 lutego 2015r. O rozwoju lokalnym z udziałem lokalnej społeczności (dz. U. Z 2015r. Poz. 378) oraz przepisów wykonawczych do tej ustawy i przepisów programu rozwoju obszarów wiejskich na lata 2014- 2020 dla obszaru gmin miejskich, wiejskich i miejsko-wiejskiej: głuszyca. Jedlina zdrój. Nowa ruda. Pieszyce i walim (zwanego dalej obszarem działania lgd). 4. Wypromowanie obszarów wiejskich oraz gmin położonych na obszarze działania lgd. 5. Zmobilizowanie społeczności lokalnej do wzięcia udziału w procesie zrównoważonego rozwoju obszarów wiejskich położonych na obszarze lgd. 6.
