Association qui propose plusieurs type de dons. J’ai apprécié en particulier les fonds pour l’eau ainsi que les 10 dernières nuits du ramadan. Par contre je suis déçu de la partie parrainages d’orphelins, je m’explique : les orphelins proposés dans le site sont tous déjà financés, et malgré mon initiative de proposer des candidats au bénévoles par mail, je n’ai à ce jour jamais reçu de validations, ni de contre propositions. Je suis donc parti vers la concurrence. Dommage.

Je n'ai jamais été décu, les rapports des dons sont claires et complets, cela fait vraiment du bien d'avoir cette ONG si sérieuse, avec une équipe adorable.Que dieu les rétribue pour le travail qu'ils accomplissent avec nos dons, les enfants sont heureux et des familles abreuvées. Je tiens à écrire cet avis car je suis vraiment heureuse d’avoir choisi cette ONG Muslim Hands France, ils m’ont parfaitement accompagné lors d’un don pour l’eau et de la plantation de 2 arbres. Vous pouvez leur faire confiance à 100% tout est clair et transparent. J’ai visité plusieurs autres sites pourtant et pris mon temps avant de les choisir car je ne voulais vraiment pas (tout comme vous je suppose aujourd’hui qui lisez ces avis) me tromper ou me retrouver face à des sites peu sérieux ou arnaques et bien je peux vous assurer que je n’ai pas été déçue et vous conseille vivement de les contacter les yeux fermés soit par téléphone, soit par mail ! Tout est clair et sérieux ! Je suis ravie de mes dons et de la grande gentillesse et professionnalisme dont ils ont fait preuve tout au long de leur communication et actions (notamment Sandra et son accompagnement remarquable ! ) donc n’hésitez pas, vous êtes en lieu sûr avec eux ! Mille mercis à eux !

Je suis extrêmement déçue par cette association. J’ai demandé qu’ils partagent la photo d’un membre de ma famille disparu sur leurs réseaux sociaux, mais ils ont refusé. De plus, Paris ne répond jamais aux appels, ce qui est inacceptable, surtout quand on fait des dons régulièrement. Le directeur sans commentaire , et l’argent des donateurs est mal utilisé : ils se servent des fonds pour des restaurants et des team-building, au lieu de venir en aide aux personnes dans le besoin. Je ne recommande absolument pas de soutenir cette organisation.
