Thank you for standing up and being a voice of concern for the Palestinian people in Gaza.

I visited oxgam skegness today had a quick walk around and left after seeing the really high prices, ie a set of pool balls for £20.00, the same balls are available on amazon for £15.00 and a radio for £20.00 , I bought the same radio at B&M store also for £20.00 but with a 2 year warranty. The clothes rails are so full that it is difficult to look through them. The store room is bulging with bags of clothes, surley it would be better to reduce the price of the clothes to make room for the excess bags that are filling the store room to capacity.

Ordered an advent calendar in November and it wasn't delivered until today, the 15th of December! (The shipping note wasn't printed until the 9th so the fault isn't with Royal Mail) To do that they charged £3.95 postage on top of the £3.99 they were charging for a slightly oversized bit of card. What use is an advent calendar when 15 of the 25 days have passed?

I was shocked when I found out that part of their funds go to murdering unborn children, so no I will not set foot in an Oxfam shop again.

Been waiting weeks for them to deliver our Christmas cards. No updates and near on impossible to get hold of. They even have the cheek to charge you £3.99 for delivery! All this in a world when free, next day delivery is commonplace. Oxfam is a terrible charity with more well publicised scandals than you can shake a stick at. Not sure why I thought their shops would be any better. Sigh

I returned a book using the Oxfam return system and they deny all knowledge that the book has been received. This is a £45 book. ORDER NO. o24830703 I do my best to buy ethically. But this is essentially £45 lost. I will buy from Amazon next time as I am guaranteed a hassle free return.

Keep helping innocent people in Gaza. They need us. The world is a cruel place and you are a ray of hope for them. I know my donation will go along way to provide some kind of much needed relief.

I volunteer at Oxfam shop and regularly buy stuff from the shop. Oxfam makes the best out of every last penny they make to do good in this world. The ops budget is incredibly low and all the shops run on 100% unpaid volunteers to guarantee your donation or support for Oxfam only goes to those in need. I'm surprised to see many unhappy customer reviews. Please remember this is a charity and due to the lack of regular full time staff it's normal that many things go wrong. Please be patient and remember, when you shop at Oxfam not only do you get good deals but you also help hungry and sick innocent children and helpless mothers. Be kind
