(b) To promote a comprehensive and co-ordinated Community Service in Tayside Region designed to meet the special needs of such persons and to promote counselling, conciliation and mediation with the objects specified at 3(a) above. (c) To promote and encourage co-operation with and amongst and support for courts, statutory and voluntary bodies and all organisations and individuals whatsoever or whomseover involved in any way with matrimonial disputes. (d) To work and campaign for the understanding and improvement of the rights and interests of such persons.
