Any1 thinking of moving in to a Spring…

Any1 thinking of moving in to a Spring Housing property DON'T, they take forever to fix any issues u might have whether it be minor repairs or service issues, the staff are rude and unhelpful and think it's OK to leave pensioners without heating during winter time, they operate under the umbrella of supported housing but are far from that they left an Ill 83 year old man with no local family at 1 of their properties for 6 days without visiting this after leaving the house without any central heating in the middle of winter for around 3 weeks, what they charge should be illegal for the price of a room u cud rent a 3 bed house privately, disgusting, I could carry on with more but you get the picture

Not very impressed

Not very impressed. Currently living in a van becouse of nightmare naigbours and not being able to go back. Becouse im in a van parking is limited so I've taken to Litchfiel where no help is offered as they class me as out of area. And don't recice funding. So I'm on my own with no help or support. I've now been living in my van for almost 2 months. If i should die in this van over winter no one would notice as no one would even know im there

STEER CLEAR.

STEER CLEAR.The staff are bent. The staff are bullies. After being in a spring housing property for nearly 7 years I made a complaint against a member of staff (LIAM ROGERS) and I was evicted within 2 weeks by the manager (HELEN BOLAND). Then to my amazement Liam Rogers was promoted. Helen Bolland was sacked for mismanagement of funds (thieft). After complaining to senior management I was ignored.Altogether a place which pays low wages so gets staff who no one else wants.

STEER CLEAR FROM SPRING HOUSING…

STEER CLEAR FROM SPRING HOUSING PROPERTIES. After spending 6 years at Hagley Lodge which is a spring housing property I was verbally abused by a member of staff named LIAM ROGERS.He had always bullied me with any opportunity he got but this time he really laid into me. I'm fast approaching 60 and have mental health issues so I complained to the then manager HELEN BOLAND. Within 2 weeks I was evicted. Even now I'm not sure the reason for my eviction as I've complained to senior management and all I've been told is ILL GET BACK TO YOU which has never happened. Both of these two didn't have a clue about what they were doing and Liam Rogers was promoted can you believe that? Helen was sacked and now works for a drugs team. God help the people who she is supposed to be helping. All those poor sods will suffer. Spring Housing has a reputation for paying low wages and this just proves if you pay second glass wages then you will get second class staff. You cannot get worse staff than these two clowns. Please inform as many people as you can.

Total waste of time

Total waste of time. They employ anyone who wants work. But for £3.50 an hour they only get people who no one else will employ. I complained about being bullied by a member of staff (liam rogers) and was evicted within 2 weeks by the then manager (helen boland) after being there for 7 years with no problems.
