To provide young adults, adults, the elderly, people with disabilities and members of the veteran’s community with a series of workshops centred around mental health and well-being issues. We will provide workshops in the following categories, gardening, archery, basic life saving first aid, CPR, AED, coarse fishing, wildlife photography and conservation. We will provide these workshops from our base in Rathfriland County Down.
