Therefore SIFF serves its charitable purpose by providing services for charitable and educational purposes to underpriviledged youth. Currently, SIFF's goal is to increase school participation in the core program. After a formal evaluation of the effectiveness of the core program, it was shown that there was a significant increase in the number of participating students who graduated high school and subsequently were able to transfer their program stock ownership into personal ownership.
