Our mission is to accelerate social change in Kosovo by investing in its youth. We want to achieve that by offering (1) non-formal education and (2) service learning programs, which young people become equipped and motivated to become agents of positive social change. Our programs are divided in two main pillars: 1. Youth education and development - that focuses on personal and leadership development, social skills, civic education and environmental awareness. 2. Youth community service learning - that aim to incentivize and encourage youth to serve their community with their new knowledge, confidence, and skills gained during TOKA programs. In all that we do, we have a special focus in youth from disadvantaged communities, and provide opportunities to those who struggle to reach their full potential due to their socio-economic circumstances to be empowered.
