Turning tides should close there doors…

Turning tides should close there doors for good because they are not interested in any one that is homeless

John street Donor · Mar 26, 2026 Trustpilot Trustpilot
Close it down.

They have no control or even want to support the homeless. I approached them about a lady unconscious just down from the shelter. I was told “if you’re worried about it. Call an ambulance”. You’re all in the wrong job and no human care in the world. Never move them on from locations they shouldn’t be. Allow them to litter and steal from the local community. The worst shelter that exists.

Should be closed down

This organisation should be investigated they do not help the homeless I worked for them for years it’s just a money machine management are all friends and family it is a vile disgusting place neil reed you should be sacked along with your useless step daughter staff are not skilled most of them are straight out of a Asda and Tesco or a retail environment or even worse a stupid little girl that was a bar maid I mean really how can these people support the vulnerable I will be going to the charity complaints commission about them and exposing all the cover ups this organisation hides.

Ungrateful Charity

Last year, my wife who was 72, did a sponsored skydive for TT. She spent a lot of time and effort and managed to raise £1500 for them, of which she was justly proud. However, she has never had one word of thanks from them, either by phone or email.Needless to say any charitable work she does now will NOT be going to an ungrateful charity, ie TT.

Never again the south coast

Im Glad I left the south coast having moved around from eastbourne to portsmouth to stay out of the north West manchester having had trouble ,But I don't rate any of the help they advertise is like everywhere else only the locals and not to help rough sleeps. So as not to encourage people going into the area and rough sleeping thats a really big help .But thanks to some people and spare change given paid coach ticket to move thanks
