The organisation of research and advisory experts or teams to monitor scientific processing, and find solutions for health, social and other difficulties of the Home War participants as well as the launch of projects in order to prevent the difficulty of war veterans; the organisational training to achieve goals of the Association by establishing appropriate structural forms, commissioning and centres within the Association; the organization of expert teams that accompany the problem of Croatian defender's population, propose, in cooperation with their competent state bodies, legal regulation of the rights of veterans and victims of the Homeland War; and monitoring and care for quality and timely achievement of these rights; organised support for the management of social, psychological and family-related diseases of veteran people, members of their families and victims from the Homeland Wars, and concerned with quality and time-effectiveness of members of the institutions; organized assistance in supporting activities of the members of society and civil society;
