Dangerous parking, always full and cars all over the pavement. Lecture rooms smell of sewage. A few good lecturers.

No help or communication, especially for disabled people. They made me fail this year of university, because they couldn’t be bothered to tell me that a presentation was due. So there’s no second chances after you miss it. Thanks a lot.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. They have absolutely no communication skills. They will fail you on purpose by not sending sufficient emails on time so you can attend your retakes and then tell you that you've missed it on purpose and that you will be forced to withdraw a whole 12 months of my life wasted that I'll never get back thanks a lot.

It's disappointing, though not surprising, that UWTSD's lowest student satisfaction rates are higher than those considered "high."I recently tried to contact the university by phone after 4 p.m. After waiting for over an hour, the call was cut off with no one answering. This isn't an isolated problem; emails often go unanswered as well, and getting any kind of response seems a matter of luck. While I understand that UWTSD may not be the most expensive university, but £9,500 is still a considerable amount of money. Therefore, students deserve far more than inconsistent and mediocre service. Reliable communication and student support should be a basic expectation, not a luxury.Saint David's University must understand that its reputation is at stake. Once a university loses the trust of its students, it is incredibly difficult to regain it. With so many other institutions setting better standards, it's a shame that UWTSD hasn't followed suit. The current level of service is simply unacceptable.

Studying at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD) at the Birmingham campus has been a great experience. As an Indian student, I was a little nervous at first, but the faculty and staff were very supportive and helpful. The campus has good facilities, and the teachers are friendly and knowledgeable. I am learning useful skills and gaining international exposure that will help in my future career. The admission process was simple and fast, and the environment is very welcoming with students from many countries.I recommend UWTSD Birmingham to students who want to study in the UK. It has been a very positive experience for me.
