Career development counseling. The executive director and director of career development help students shape their career goals and advise them on how to successfully pursue these goals. They connect with intership opportunities with their corporate sponsors and other companies and coach the students through the application and interview process academic and personal coaching. The executive director provides regular mentorship to the students and coaches them through academic and personal challenges that arise during college. During 2022, the organization served approximately 31 students. Financial support. The organization provides financial support to the students through three funds. The opportunity fund, the internship fund, and the emergency fund. They also provide the first-year students with laptops, professional attire, and a stipend.
