Relocation team are useless there

Relocation team are useless there. I’m applying for house from 8 years and nothing. I’m not been even in top 10. They discriminate people and not care about any problems which we are facing with renting from privet landlord.

If I could give zero stars I would…

If I could give zero stars I would absolutely shocking customer service. Since April I have had no radiator in my bathroom as it needs replacing. I have to use an electric radiator in my bathroom because they haven't given me an appointment for the replacement radiator and I've tried to call and find out when it is but they NEVER answer the phone.

Can’t give 0 stars or I would

Can’t give 0 stars or I would. Left with no bathing facilities since 29 December because of a broken shower and cracked bath to be told it’s not an emergency for them to come and fix and being told to sponge down in the sink. Despite telling them I’m disabled and need to shower they don’t care. Been told to call back on 3 January to book a routine repair which I’ll probably have to wait a month for and even then they’ll send the wrong person out to fix it and I’ll have to wait ages again. Maybe if I withhold my rent I’ll get something done quicker

LIES LIES LIES

One of your properties has caused damage to my property and you refuse to take any responsibility. Someone come out to look at the damage caused and assured me you would be liable and it would be sorted only for him to contact me several weeks later to say you will not be fixing anything and I need to go through my house insurance. Why should it cost me when it is 100% your fault. I will be taking this to small claims so you will hear from me again!!
