Scopul ASOCIAȚIEI INTERNATIONAL ROYAL ART constă în:,- Promovarea valorilor culturale, spirituale, naționale și internaționale, educarea și instruirea cetățenilor, precum și crearea unui cadru propice schimbului de cunostințe și informații cultural - educative între cetățenii români și cetățenii altor țări, sprijinirea membrilor asociației în vederea participării și organizării activităților cultural – educative și de instruire;,- Susținerea, apărarea si dezvoltarea patrimoniului cultural național și al umanității;,- Promovarea democrației și apărarea drepturilor fundamentale ale omului pe plan național și international;,- Promovarea dezvoltării durabile la nivel local, regional și național prin inițierea și implementarea unor proiecte în domeniul protecției mediului pe termen scurt, mediu și lung;,- Sprijin mutual pentru membrii săi și ajutorarea persoanelor și a grupurilor de persoane defavorizate prin acțiuni filantropice;, În realizarea scopurilor sale, ASOCIAȚIA INTERNATIONAL ROYAL ART deșfasoară activități culturale, științifice și social – filantropice. De asemenea, Asociația poate desfasura și activități economice, în limitele și cu procedurile permise de Ordonanța Guvernului nr. 26/2000, cu modificările și completările ulterioare.
