Unter anderem, im Rahmen der Nationalen Herz-Allianz (ehemals NHKS) setzt sich die DGK für die politische Priorisierung kardiovaskulärer Erkrankungen – der führenden Todesursache in Deutschland – ein. Ziel ist die Förderung von Prävention und Früherkennung sowie die Überführung erfolgreicher Pilotprojekte, beispielsweise zur familiären Hypercholesterinämie und Herzinsuffizienz, in die Regelversorgung. ERSTER FALL:Im Juli 2021 besuchte ich die Praxis des Kardiologen Dr. Michael Schmidt, welche sich in der Leipziger Südvorstadt befindet. Wegen des Verdachts von Herzrhythmusstörungen wurde ich von meiner Hausärztin an eine/n Facharzt/Fachärztin für Kardiologie überwiesen. Durch Onlinesuche entschied ich mich für diese Praxis. Es wurde festgelegt, dass lediglich ein Langzeit-EKG durchgeführt wird. Am darauffolgenden Morgen brachte ich das Gerät ordnungsgemäß zurück. Dort teilte man mir mit, dass die auszuwertenden Daten an meine Hausärztin zugesandt werden, was unverständlicherweise NIEMALS geschehen ist! Merkwürdig war ebenfalls, dass ich mich bei Herrn Dr. Schmidt nicht einmal für eine kurze Besprechung vorstellen sollte.Außerdem war ich wie vor den Kopf gestoßen, als ich die Praxis betreten hatte. Denn unmittelbar darauf wurde ich auf die Maskenpflicht verwiesen. Als ich mitteilte, dass ich davon befreit bin, und die Sprechstundenschwester mich deshalb aufgefordert hatte, den entsprechenden Nachweis hierfür vorzuzeigen, wurde dieser mit einer fadenscheinigen Begründung nicht akzeptiert, obwohl laut Coronaschutzverordnung JEDER mit einem Schwerbehindertenausweis GENERELL NICHT GEZWUNGEN werden kann, sein Gesicht zwangszuvermummen! Gerade Ärzt*innen müssen wissen, dass es der Gesetzgeber gesundheitlich stark eingeschränkten Menschen nicht einfach so aus purer Kulanz erlässt, davon keinen Gebrauch machen zu müssen, sondern es gerade deswegen berechtigterweise genehmigt wird, weil diese meines Erachtens kontraindizierte Maßnahme nämlich zusätzlich eine erhebliche Belastung darstellt, gerade wenn man bereits unter diversen Grunderkrankungen zu leiden hat. Unglaublich, dass es noch immer solch halsstarrig staatskonforme Mediziner gibt, die zum Leidwesen ihrer Patient*innen eindeutig in der Liga Drosten-Lauterbach spielen. Never ever! Unbegreiflich ist demnach, dass dieser patientendesorientierte Mediziner ausschließlich auf nahezu allen Online-Plattformen viel zu positi

Ich bin seit mehreren Jahren Mitglied. Leider habe ich den Eindruck, dass es sich um eine sehr zentralisierte Organisation handelt, was sich leider auch in einer gewissen Distanz und mangelnder Kundenorientierung bemerkbar macht. Der Service wirkt oft unpersönlich, und Anfragen werden nicht immer freundlich oder hilfsbereit behandelt. Auch die Preisgestaltung, insbesondere bei Kursen, erscheint mir im Verhältnis zur Leistung recht hoch. Rechnungen und Zertifikate werden nur gegen zusätzliche Kosten erneut ausgestellt, was für Mitglieder wenig entgegenkommend ist. Insgesamt wäre etwas mehr Serviceorientierung und Bescheidenheit wünschenswert.
