So nimmt man im Falle des Falles eben Uber oder einen Sharing-Dienst – kostenneutral.Kooperation mit Nextbike ist gut. Gibts beim D-Ticket von DSW21 sowohl für die Chipkarte als auch fürs App-Ticket.Der Direktbus vom Hbf zum Flughafen kostet 10€. Von Holzwickede 3€. D-Ticket nicht gültig, obwohl der Flughafen und DSW21 der Stadt gehören.Auf den Leinwänden in den U-Bahn-Stationen wird die Negativität von t-online.de gezeigt.Der E-Mail-Kundenservice taugt nicht wirklich. Wochenlang keine Antwort und der Antwortinhalt ist nicht zu gebrauchen.Der telefonische Service über die Schlaue Nummer für Bus und Bahn kann keine Fragen zum Westfalentarif beantworten, obwohl Dortmund im Netz Westfalen liegt. Der Westfalentarif an sich hat keinen telefonischen Kundenservice, der funktioniert.

Die Busse 052 von denen, die von Moers Kö morgens fahren, warten nicht...fahren auch sehr oft zu früh ab..man kann nicht mal umsteigen..oft 3 bis 5 min zu früh los..das reicht aber , wenn man mit der 4 kommt und an der gleichen Busbucht ankommt!!! Echt sch... wenn ich zur Arbeit fahre....

DSW21-App und Kundenservice sind eine Katastrophe. Ich werde hier unhöflich in der Servicehotline weiterverwiesen und lande in einer Endlos-Warteschleife. Ich habe seit geraumer Zeit technische Probleme mit der App, die immer wieder abstürzt. In der Hotline habe ich schon einige Male gehangen, ohne dass überhaupt das Telefon abgenommen wurde. Wenn ich jemanden dran habe, ist es immer die falsche Person und ich werde wieder weitergeleitet. Ich habe also seit mehreren Wochen nun keinen Zugriff und somit Nachweis für mein Deutschladticket. Eine Lösung konnte mir somit immer noch niemand mitteilen. Wurde zum Glück bislnag nicht kontrolliert in der Bahn.

Eigentlich 0 Sterne aber man muss ja 1 geben. Ich war am 10.12.2024 mit dem Bus der DSW21 auf der Linie 440 um 9:20 UHR unterwegs, eigentlich ja toll schnell von A nach B zu kommen aber die Busfahrer haben meiner Meinung nach ein zu Sportlichen Fahrstil, Man beschleunigt auf Vollgas und dann wird aprupt gebremst.

DSW21 absolut Kundenunfreundlich. Es gibt keine Kurzstrecken Tickets mehr. Es gibt in der App keine Angebote mehr von 4er oder 10er Tickets.Die Zahlungsmöglichkeit per Bankeinzug wurde entfernt. Es ist nur noch möglich mit Paypal oder Kreditkarte zu zahlen und das bei einem städtischen Unternehmen. Absolute Frechheit.

Auf der Linie 369 über Dortmund Somborn / Lütgendortmund ist der Fahrer öfters ein Afrikaner. Er ist super freundlich und fährt sehr ordentlich ! Er ist super super freundlich und lächelt sehr nett sobald man den Bus betritt . Bitte mehr von solchen Mitarbeitern

Linie 453 fährt mehrere Haltestellen ersatzlos nicht mehr an, ganze Gebiete (z.B. um Möllerbrücke, Markgrafenstrasse und südliche Märkische Strasse) werden daher mit fast 10 Haltestellen nicht mehr versorgt. Die Haltestelle Salzwedelerstrasse z.B. taucht in der Beschlöussvorlage garnicht auf, sie wird aber von Nachtbussen noch angefahren. Dies alles soll durch einen beschwerlicheren und sehr viel längeren Weg zur U41 mit kürzeren Taktzeiten ausgeglichen werden. Für Behinderte, Kinder und Ortsfremde ein Unding und in deren Augen eine Fehlplanung.

Ubahn fährt nur die Hälfte der Strecke, entgegen der Ankündigung im Fahrplan und der App. Folgende ubahn bleibt so lange auf der Strecke stehen bis der Anschluss eindeutig nicht mehr erreichbar ist und man draußen in der Kälte im Regen über 30 Minuten warten muss!
