William was polite and answered my questions directly. Little wait time and exactly what I needed
Trustpilot
The company listened to our query, as we had overpaid last year due to change in our ages which the system hadn't taken into account. This was resolved very promptly for us.

We received our new cards and information about the renewal charges to be taken at the end of February. We realised we both qualified for the joint senior charges rather than the joint adult. I went on line and set up my English Heritage account and followed the prompts to update our membership status. I heard back from the team the same afternoon and received confirmation that the changes had been made and our records updated. Pretty amazing and very efficient.
