Educating the next generations of pet owners is paramount in bringing about real and lasting change in animal welfare. CORD - This program is designed to help those less fortunate who still want to provide a loving home to a pet. FOCCAS will provide doghouses, straw for cold months, and even fencing to prevent dogs from being tethered outside 24/7 to those community members who request this assistance.
