Brentwood Art Center provides an exceptional visual arts education for diverse students of all ages, backgrounds, and experiences through in-person and online learning led by an outstanding faculty. The Center provides equitable community access to arts programming throughout the greater Los Angeles region. Due to the pandemic, Brentwood Art Center suspended in-person classes in March 2020. BAC pivoted to providing art education online from March 2020 to present (with a reduced number of classes and students). BAC has secured a new physical space and will offer in-person instruction beginning in April 2023 at pre-pandemic activity levels, reinforcing the commitment to BACs mission. Prior to suspending in-person instruction, Brentwood Art Center offered instructional fine arts courses to more than 2,400 adults and children each year.
