The aim of the Foundation is to carry out a comprehensive activity for: (a) the concept of lifelong learning through complementary training for children and young people and continuing training for adults including training, scientific and educational activities for the purpose of raising professional laliification, full social activity and personal development, (b) support for organisational, technical, training, information, financial, education and non-governmental organisations and other groups (initiatives) of the bottom-up, (a) promotion of lifelong learning in Poland; support for the building of a knowledge society, the development of human capital contributing to the growth of social cohesion.

Celem fundacji jest prowadzenie wszechstronnej działalności na rzecz: a) koncepcji uczenia się przez całe życie poprzez kształcenie uzupełniające dla dzieci i młodzieży oraz kształcenie ustawiczne dorosłych w tym prowadzenie działalności szkoleniowej, naukowej i oświatowej dot. Podnoszenia lwalifikacji zawodowych, pełnej aktywności społecznej i rozwoju osobistego, b) wspomagania organizacyjnie, techniczne, szkoleniowe, informacyjne, finansowo, edukacyjnie organizacji pozarządowych i innych grup (inicjatyw) oddolnych, 4. Działalność, o której mowa w ust. 1, ma na celu w szczególności: a) promowanie w polsce idei kształceniaprzez całe życie (edukacja permanentna, lifelong learning); wspieranie budowania społeczeństwa opartego na wiedzy, rozwój kapitału ludzkiego przyczyniającego się do wzrostu spójności społecznej.
