I bought an article believing in their 48 hours delivery. After 7 working days without my purchase I'm not sure if I'm being a victim of a scam or they are just being extraordinarily incompetent with me.

I ordered 3 pair of shoes there. Was disapointed caus the first pair was not in stock. But got a refund. The next 2 was good. Sadly The mailman didn't treat my last packet well. But intersport took care of it.

I literally had the worst experience shopping with Intersport Online.I've paid via Paypal for an order over 150€. I've got no confirmation email over 3 days. Noone replied to my emails of messages over social media.I've noticed that the payment on PayPal has not been collected but I couldn't issue a refund.I had to find the people responsible working at Intersport on LinkedIn and find their direct email address. After messaging a bunch of them they finally cancelled the order and refunded me. It took like 10 days to sort this out. Very frustrating experience. I'll never shop in Intersport until they get their stuff together. I've went to Hervis and the experience was smooth as butter.

Too bad that the rating scale is only from 1-5 stars. For Intersport.de should be also available a 0(zero) star rating. They surely deserve it..The worst ever experience in online shopping. 1-2 days for delivery?! What a bad joke! More like 1-2 weeks. I ve paid with CreditCard. First, they blocked the full amount on my bank account and the day after, they debited again my Credit Card, this time with each product value. In total, the same amount, but twice. Now, after one week already, I still have not received all my products and still have my credit card debited twice. And all that they said when called, is that this is normal procedure and I will receive the initial blocked amount back, AFTER the last product will be delivered! Even if they already sent me the E-mails with payment confirmation and invoice for all the products!! This was the first and surely the last of my Intersport shopping!

Very unreliable and unprofessional online shop. Ordered a pair of shoes (order no. 3556526) on one day and got an email from them on the next day that they cannot fulfil the order, because they don't have the shoes. WHY THEN ARE YOU LISTING THEM AS AVAILABLE? Waisted time and no customer support. A reply to their "service" email address bounces back. The site / product catalogue is slow as hell.
