Such grant giving shall, but not exclusively so, support:- 6.1 the provision of bursaries, prizes and periodic payments in support of ESMS, including the boarding houses, playing fields, equipment and clubs of ESMS. 6.2 the maintenance of ESMS war memorials. 6.3 the perpetuation of the memory of former ESMS pupils of notable repute or standing, as to which the Governors shall be the sole judges. 6.4 In particular for the purposes of the 2005 Act the charitable purpose identified as applicable from section 7 of the 2005 Act is:- 6.4.1 the advancement of education.
