Mission

私たちは、横浜市を拠点として活動するまちづくり団体です。横浜市を英語でSIDE（横）＋BEACH（浜）＋CITY（市）と表現し、団体名を「まちづくりエージェント SIDE BEACH CITY.」としました。 専門家によるまちづくり支援 所属する主要なメンバーは、それぞれの分野に精通した言わばエージェントであり、多様な場面において一致団結して活動を展開します。 多様な課題に柔軟に対応するには 今日の社会活動及び地域活動では、中長期的に成長を持続させる中長期的成長性、多様な状況の中で柔軟に対応する機動的柔軟性、新規的に発展させることのできる新規的発展性、以上3つの要素が重要といえます。そして3つの要素には、各種リソース（人／モノ／資金／情報／技術／つながりなど）が必要不可欠です。 ソーシャルイノベーション 我が国では、社会、経済、人口など様々な分野での縮小が進み、まさに今、前途多難な時代を迎えていることはご承知の通りです。多岐に渡る分野において優れたリソースへの需要が高まりをみせていることは当然のことながら、実際にはソーシャルイノベーション、すなわち”社会変革”への期待が高まっております。それは現在、地方創生などの政策によってNPO法人などが推進されていることからも伺えます。しかし、必要不可欠な各種リソースが不足しており、社会活動及び地域活動では現在、深刻な問題が生じていると思われます。 地域にこそITを 主な問題として、IT化の遅延・未更新状態、参加者の高齢化・世代交代できない状態、何もかもがボランティア状態・リソースの無駄遣い、能力を有する人材が地域のことには全く関心がないことなどが挙げられます。そのため、ソーシャルイノベーションには到底及ばないという現実に直面していることは当然ながら、全体として活力低下を招いたり活動能力に限界が生じたりしている結果、複合して負の連鎖が起きているものと思われます。その複合した負の連鎖こそが、深刻な問題かつ重大な社会課題であることは確かです。 そこで私たち、まちづくりエージェント SIDE BEACH CITY.は、情報技術支援事業、中間支援事業、まちづくり活動以上3つの社会課題解決に向けた事業・活動に取り組み、地域活性化・社会活動の発展に最大限寄与する考えです。 組織概要 法人名称：特定非営利活動法人 まちづくりエージェント SIDE BEACH CITY. 英語表記：NPO Re:al city Agent SIDE BEACH CITY. 活動拠点：〒231-0012 横浜市中区相生町3-61 泰生ビル2F 設立：2017年12月20日（創立2010年1月） 役員構成 山口良介（理事長） 志田健一（副理事） 高見知英（理事） 簡 憲幸（監事） 会費 団体の運営は、会費と一部の事業収益で賄われています。 個人正会員：10,000円（年間）議決権有り・主催する講座やイベントへの優待 個人賛助会員：3,000円（年間） 団体・法人正会員：1口30,000円（年間1口以上）議決権有り・主催する講座やイベントへの優待 団体・法人賛助会員：1口10,000円（年間1口以上） 会員、団体、法人会員は随時募集しています。 また、エージェントも随時募集しています。
