Ordered before was ok. Got a £10 voucher but after waiting an hour the robot turned up empty. It might have been stolen but the shop claimed it was an error. It would have been quicker to walk as all they were willing to refund was a refund. I don’t think I’ll bother again

I watched on the map with trepidation as my robot sat observing a junction, presumably assessing the drop curbs, passing cars, and wispy bush that encroached on the pathway. The map updated. The junction was not to my robot's satisfaction and without sentiment disposed of it and turned around. Clever robot, I thought, it knows that there is a pathway next to my house it could use. I went outside and looked through the fence only to see my robot sail past with a sense of purpose and determination. For the path was beneath him, it's only the open roads for this boy. I sat on wall dejected. It's going the long way round. I went back inside and decided the adventures of these robot's are a space opera in the making. My lucozade will arrive shortly and I can only imagine the things it has seen on its journey.

I have had an extremely bad experience with this company. They have been refusing to deliver items to me or offer me a refund. They are claiming that the items were “delivered”, even though we missed the delivery as we received no notification that the robot was at the delivery address at the time of delivery. I have paid for these items and not received them and it is shocking that they will not return these items to me even though I have paid for them! Horrendous customer service and I won’t be using these robots in Milton Keynes again, as well as advising friends in the local area to do the same. I have never been so disappointed by a company.
Trustpilot
They have an option on the app, that the whole delivery is to be cancelled, if the item is out of stock. This can be added, or not, to any of the items. They delivered a small part of my order. When I asked for a refund, they broke the law and refused to do so. The chat handler was so unbelievably uninformed, she neither knew this option existed, nor could get to grips with the concept, when I explained in extremely simple terms. Disgraceful company.

They do not refund if you miss delivery!!! I had them take off me £27 and no refund
