I have been insured for over 13 years with SDK and paid premiums worth over 60,000 EURO in this period. Generally thing have worked worked although premiums price increase appear recently to be above inflation year on year. I don't claim much as fit health man however I made claim on some medications approx 100 euro last year which was very complicated for me to claim back and in the end gave up as my emails and communications were ignored through automated responses and help desk did not seem want to help. I will consider new insurer for 2023 before locked into a recurring expense contract after September, just slightly better customer service would have made big difference.
Trustpilot
The worst dental insurance! Everything is difficult when dealing with SDK. Communication is by post only, never by email. So it takes forever to get an answer. No English agents available. Very old way of working. The next downside is that so far they require additional clarification and information for every refund. In my case for a simple root canal treatment reimbursement is ongoing correspondence taking more then 3 months and still not resolved!
Trustpilot
Why can't they answer emails? They ask a lot of documents from previous dentists and doctors, until you give up on your refund. DO NOT CONTRACT this versicherung. It's a total waste of money and headache.
