To realize its Vision and Mission WOYE has set the following objectives namely to: Develop and provide a range of financial services to women and youth that include traders, micro entrepreneurs, small and medium businesses Empower and help poor women and youth to enhance their confidence in income generating activities (IGAs) through increased access to credit Train borrowers to increase their assets and access to mainstream economic activities Boost clients’ repayment abilities and thus decrease risk of default by training them in health, education and other capacity building support and Improve capacity of staff to run the MFI effectively. Partnership with MRDA to provide the training is recommended for effectiveness as well as efficient use of WOYE limited financial resources.
