Tanto ontem como amanhã, a Missão da Bela Vista é continuar a esforçar-se no sentido de oferecer um serviço flexível e multifuncional, adotando uma abordagem global relativamente às crianças, jovens e às famílias, reconhecendo a amplitude e interdependência das suas necessidades – prestação de cuidados, educação, saúde, socialização, apoio social e recreação.
