My experience with the church’s child contact centre coordinator, Kathleen Davis, has been extremely poor and unfortunate. Kathleen’s conduct raises serious questions of unprofessionalism and safeguarding. Kathleen telephoned me in hysterical but rude manner at 22:00 on 27/01/2020 stating that the child contact centre can only be used for contact and not for children to play. I told Kathleen that her colleague, Hannah, informed me that once the £50.00 fee is paid that I could always access the centre for future use and that I now feel mislead. Kathleen then appears to claim to be gifted superpowers of having the ability to time-travel or at least be able to look into the past to bear witness to sequence of events that she was not previously part of by insisting that Hannah did not inform me of this. I told Kathleen that I find her comment is unfair and unreasonable because she did not consult with Hannah. Kathleen’s response was “how could I possibly speak with her at this hour”. Kathleen then insisted that she is in-charge and Hannah was deputising in her absence and that I could have not been informed that I could always access the child contact centre.I strongly recommend that you stay well clear of this place. It appears to be run by incompetent and rude people. Please do not pay any money to them.
