Understanding and accepting each others different ways of handling grief is so important in the support of each other, that's what I've found here. An excellent forum of men who all share one thing in common, they have lost someone special and are grieving that loss. It is much needed support to help men to get through the tough times and to know that there are others in similar position and we do not need to suffer alone.
