Abgabenordnung. Zweck der Gesellschaft ist es, zum Schutz der Umwelt und des Klimas sowie zum Erhalt natürlicher Energieressourcen durch Förderung des Einsatzes von Energie- und CO2-sparenden Energieeffizienzdienstleistungen sowie der Volks- und Berufsbildung beizutragen (Förderung des Umweltschutzes gem. § 52 Absatz 2 Satz 1 Nr. 8 der Abgabenordnung). 2.2 Zur Verwirklichung seiner Ziele nimmt die Gesellschaft u.a. folgende Aufgaben wahr: a) Dialog mit öffentlichen Stellen und politischen Akteuren auf Landes-, Bundes- und EU-Ebene, insbesondere zur Aufklärung über die durch Energieeffizienzdienstleistungen erzielbare Mehrwerte für den Klimaschutz sowie zur diskriminierungsfreien Gestaltung ordnungsrechtlicher Rahmenbedingungen, b) Initiierung, Durchführung, Veröffentlichung und Verbreitung von Studien und regelmäßigen Publikationen im Bereich wie die Klimaschutzziele in Deutschland und Europa durch Energieeffizienzdienstleistungen besser erreicht werden können, c) Initiieren, durchführen und …
