Beyond emergency humanitarian assistance, it carries out development and reconstruction projects in regions affected by conflict and disaster, including the Palestinian territories, Yemen, Sudan, Syria, Lebanon, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives.
