Assistance to people with mental illness or disability, or to persons with other disadvantages in the labour market in application in society (hereinafter referred to as persons) and the integration of persons into society, finding appropriate employment and social ties, in particular - the provision of social services, - the provision of health services, - the provision of psychological assistance, - the operation, support and development of social companies and protected workshops, - assistance and assistance in the business of persons, - the establishment of facilities for care outside hospitals, - community work and with the community, - the protection of rights and interests, and persons close to them, in particular family members, - awareness and information on the issues of mental health, mental illness, health insurance, social exclusion and promotion of open access and tolerance, - cooperation with similar legal persons, state authorities, employers and similar in order to achieve the purpose, - the pursuit of change of legal regulation in favour of persons, - the provision, collection and management of money and other resources intended to help persons, - the development of a regional system of care for persons, - the provision and provision of suitable space for housing, the collection and work of persons.

Pomoc lidem s duševním onemocněním, či se zdravotním postižením, popřípadě osobám s jiným znevýhodněním na trhu práce v uplatnění ve společnosti (dále jen osoby) a začlenění osob do společnosti, nalezení vhodného pracovního uplatnění a sociálních vazeb, a to zejména - poskytování sociálních služeb, - poskytování zdravotních služeb, - poskytování psychologické pomoci, - provozování, podpora a rozvoj sociálních firem a chráněných dílen, - asistence a pomoc při podnikání osob, - zřizování zařízení péče mimo nemocnice, - práce v komunitě a s komunitou, - hájení práv a zájmů, a osob jim blízkých, zejména rodinných příslušníků, - osvěta a informovanost o problematice duševního zdraví, duševních nemocí, zdravotního pojištění, sociálního vyloučení a propagace otevřeného přístupu a tolerance, - spolupráce s obdobnými právnickými osobami, státními orgány, zaměstnavateli a podobnými v zájmu dosažení účelu, - úsilí o změnu právní úpravy ve prospěch osob, - zajišťování, shromažďování a správa peněžních a jiných prostředků určených na pomoc osobám, - budování regionálního systému péče o osoby, - zajišťování a poskytování vhodných prostor k bydlení, shromažďování a práci osob.
