(a) provide the professional and deliberate application of clinical methods and interpersonal attitudes based on recognised psychological principles with the intention of helping people change their behaviour, thinking, emotions and/or personal characteristics in a direction that both parties consider desirable (to provide psychotherapeutic services to callers); (b) to provide and develop cooperation with institutions (children's homes, senior homes, etc.) and to provide expert psychotherapy assistance to its clients; (c) provide information enabling better orientation in assisting professions (psychologist, psychiatrist, psychotherapist, crisis intervention, social worker...) and individual directions of expertise and legislation; (d) establishing additional services and transferring follow-up contacts; (e) help to distinguish what our line and crisis lines offer; (f) other educational activities for both the professional and lay public and to carry out publication activities in the field of psychotherapy services and other services assisting professions; (g) participate in research activities in psychotherapeutic care and mental health care; (h) organise and organise community and educational events; (i) working with volunteers

a)poskytovat odbornou a záměrnou aplikaci klinických metod a interpersonálních postojů vycházejících z uznávaných psychologických principů se záměrem pomoci lidem změnit jejich chování, myšlení, emoce a/nebo osobní charakteristiky směrem, který obě strany považují za žádoucí (poskytovat psychoterapeutické služby volajícím); b)poskytovat a rozvíjet spolupráci s institucemi (dětské domovy, domovy pro seniory apod.) a poskytovat odbornou psychoterapeutickou pomoc jejím klientům; c)poskytovat informace umožňující lepší orientaci v pomáhajících profesích (psycholog, psychiatr, psychoterapeut, krizový intervent, sociální pracovník...) a jednotlivých směrech odbornosti a legislativě; d)navázání na další služby a předávání kontaktů následné péče; e)pomáhat rozlišovat, co nabízí naše linka a krizové linky; f)další vzdělávací aktivity pro odbornou i laickou veřejnost a realizovat publikační činnost v oblasti psychoterapeutických služeb a ostatních služeb pomáhajících profesí; g)podílet se na výzkumné činnosti v oblasti psychoterapeutické péče a péče o duševní zdraví; h)pořádat a organizovat komunitní a vzdělávací akce; i)práce s dobrovolníky
