III.- Generar capacidades en las comunidades para que incrementen la producción de alimentos para autoconsumo y generar opciones productivas que fortalezcan la economía local.IV.- El apoyo en la defensa y promoción de los derechos humanos, incluida la equidad de género, o de las prerrogativas inherentes a la naturaleza de la persona establecidas en la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos y en las disposiciones legales que de ella emanen.V.- El otorgar becas a personas que realicen sus estudios en instituciones de enseñanza autorización o reconocimiento de validez oficial de estudios en los términos de la Ley General de Educación o cuando se trate de instituciones del extranjero, éstas estén reconocidas por el Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología. Dichas becas se otorgarán mediante concurso abierto al público en general y su asignación se basará en datos objetivos relacionados con la capacidad académica del candidato.
