Grassmarket Community Project (GCP) is an award-winning Edinburgh charity supporting people experiencing poverty, homelessness, disability, long-term health conditions, poor mental health and social isolation to build healthier, more independent and connected lives. We are a community of 600 people where everyone is welcomed, valued and supported to realise their potential. Through a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, we remove barriers preventing people from accessing support, opportunities and relationships they need to thrive. Working alongside healthcare providers, housing services, social work teams, and third-sector partners, we help people navigate complex systems, build confidence and reconnect with their communities.
