Her Economic Rights and Autonomy's (HERA) supports women entrepreneurs in Eastern Europe to grow their micro and small ventures. The entrepreneurs in turn agree to train and hire young women at risk of dangerous migration, trafficking, and violence. HERA also helps women entrepreneurs uprooted by conflict and on the frontlines to restart their ventures to maintain production and services for their communities.
