Tavoitteena on tukea heitä heidän kotoutumispros­essissaan ja tarjota keskeistä tietoa, joka auttaa heitä löytämään polun työelämään Suomessa. Varoja voidaan käyttää myös osakunnan yhteisötoimintaan. Toiminnan tavoite on vahvistaa yhteisöä jatarjota turvallinen tila, jossa jäsenet voivat verkostoitua ja tukea toisiaan. Tavoitteena on myös parantaa jäsenten hyvinvointia ja työllisyyttä sekä tarjota tietoa ja urakehitystä. Jäsenille järjestetään hyvinvoinnin työpajojaja erilaisia tapahtumia eri kaupungissa.
