当法人は、以下のような活動指針に沿って活動している。 ● シニアの皆さんが地域で活動できる場を作ります。 ● シニアの知恵と経験を生かし、地域課題の解決を目指します。 ● 行政や他の市民団体と協働・連携し、まちの活性化を推進します。 現在、取り組んでいる事業活動は、以下の通りです。 （1）地域情報受発信事業 ● 川崎シニアポータル「かわぽ」事業：シニアリポーターが、市内や周辺で開催されるイベントを取材し、そのリポートをポータルサイト「かわぽ」に掲載。その他、市内のイベント情報を提供。 （2）シニアの社会参加支援事業 ● シニア向けのパソコン教室：市内7か所で開催。参加者のレベルに合わせて、同年代サポーターが丁寧に指導。 ● シニアパワーアップ事業（行政からの委託事業）： ・シニアライフ講演会の開催：シニアライフの参考になる講演の開催と地域活動情報を発信。 ・シニアのパソコン教室開催：全く初めての人、初心者向けに開催 ・シニア傾聴講座：傾聴の基礎と実践を学習、体験実習を行い、市内で活動する団体の紹介も行う。 （3）教育活動支援事業 ● 小学校のパソコン学習支援事業：小学校の低学年を中心に、パソコンの使い方を指導、合わせてその養成講座も生涯学習財団と協力し実施。 ● 地域の寺子屋事業（行政からの委託事業）：毎週1回の学習支援と、土日を利用した理科実験教室や親子の料理教室などの世代間交流を行っている。
