■吉祥院六斎念仏保存活動支援事業 指導者や後継者の育成支援を始め、吉祥院六斎念仏を継承させるために、吉祥院六斎念仏保存会と連携し、課題解決に向けた取り組みや地域外からも活動への参加を呼び込めるような取り組みを行い、運営基盤を確立させている。 ■夏休み六斎工作教室 永年受け継がれてきた、吉祥院六斎念仏を若年層に広く紹介し、地域伝統や歴史への愛着をもってもらうことや、地域伝統芸能の保存継承を図ることを目的に行う。廃材を使用した六斎の楽器を作り、演奏も行う。 ■地域文化支援事業 六斎資料室、吉祥院いきいき市民活動センター別館の「吉祥院六斎歴史資料室」を活用した事業。六斎保存会や六斎歴史研究会の協力を得て実施している。 ■吉祥院ふれあいジャンボリー 世代間・団体間・新旧住民間の交流を目的とした、吉祥院学区に定着したイベント。当団体が発起人兼世話人役となり、各種地域団体や関係行政機関で構成する実行委員会形式で、地域一丸となった運営により、毎年の恒例事業として実施している。 ■吉祥院トーク 各団体の高齢化や町内会の減少など地域課題の解決を目的とし、まちづくりに興味のある地域の人材発掘と地域力の底上げの手助けをする。 ■市民活動スタートアップ・活性化支援事業 市民活動に興味ある人材の発掘や、市民活動を自主的に行うための担い手を育成することを目的とし、活動の活性化や自走化に向けた広報支援などのサポートを行う。また市民活動の活性化や、人材発掘につなげる。 ■ふれあいひろば 吉祥院いきいき市民活動センターを利用する市民団体に企画段階から参加してもらい、実行委員会形式でイベントの内容を決め、実施日や開催の目的、テーマや参加団体の募集・広報など、ほとんどの内容を利用団体が決定し運営を行う。 ■地域交流拠点事業 地域間や世代間での積極的な交流の場を提供し、発掘した人材の活動の場とする事業を実施し、市民にとって住みやすい、顔の見えるまちづくりを目的に活動している。 ■ふれあいサマーフェスタ 地域団体が主体となり、実行委員会形式で夏祭りを開催する。市民団体の活動発表や模擬店などを実施し、多世代間の交流ができるスペースも確保している。 ■ししまる食堂【きょうとこどもの城づくり事業】 ひとり親家庭の子どもたちを中心に、年間100日間、週2日学習支援や生活支援を行う。京都府の「きょうとこども城づくり事業」の助成金事業 ■安全・安心まちづくり推進事業 吉祥院安全安心まちづくり推進会等と協働し、青パトの運行や吉祥院児童館にて防犯教室を実施。また、吉祥院小学校・PTAや地域団体と共に「こども110番の家を探そう！シールラリー」を実施する。学区内の通学路の安全対策に取り組んでいる。
