特定非営利活動法人ジョブファームは障害者を対象とした「就労継続支援Ｂ型事業」を行っている事業所です。 障害者にできる仕事がたくさんある牧場という意味で法人名をジョブファームと名づけました。 農業の後継者不足や高齢化する地域において、周りを見渡すと私たちにお手伝いできることが沢山あると思います。障害者に対する就労の場の確保は時代に関係なく厳しい状況が続いていますが、こうした地域の現状を踏まえ、障害者でも地域に役立つ作業を一般就労の場として確立し、障害者の雇用促進と地域の活性化をジョブファームは目指しています。 農福連携を地域密着型で行っており、利用者さんも農家さんを通じて技術を習得し就労へ向けた実践訓練と同時に農家さんの手助けを行っております。また、地域の請負作業として共同墓地清掃や各家庭の掃除等の活動など、地域の実情を見据えながら活動を展開して参ります。 地元酒造会社と連携して、オリジナル日本酒「幸ＳＡＣＨＩ」の原料となる酒米「無農薬栽培 五百万石」作りをはじめ、大網白里市発祥であるいちご「真紅の美鈴」の栽培を盛んに行い、地元の活力につながる特産品を目指して活動しております。
