Leadership kitsap's 2022-2023 curriculum year saw another successful signature community leadership program graduating 28 participants after a 10-month adult education civic leadership training. Participants together completed six community service projects benefiting our kitsap county residents. Committed to their work of fostering and empowering educated, prepared and engaged community leaders, leadership kitsap also held 11 more conversations with a community leader episodes on bkat (our local public access television station), two lift: kitsap women's leadership network virtual programs, a conflict resolution workshop called leading through argument culture, as well as two networking opportunities for our alumnI to connect and learn.
