In partnership with like-minded non-profits, church and community partners and residents, LHCC offers five programs at no cost to residents. Our goal is to advocate for, invest in and mobilize resources to benefit awesome, yet vulnerable, children and families. Our vision is to transform lives and strengthen communities through the provision of holistic programs to the families we serve.
