totally unable to to change an appointment in branch without going back to branch ,i made an appointment in branch to see an adviser i was given a date a week away when i got home i realised this clashed with another appointment , i looked on line to ring and change the date there is no direct line to bank i rang the help number they said we cant ,do this over the phone have you tried on line, so i did and got the message you need to talk to a human please stay on the line this could take up to 30 mins after 26 mins i went to the toilet came back and had been timed out, i tried again today 45 mins to get to an adviser who said you have to ring our dedicated appointments line and gave me a phone number so persevering i rang the number after a short conversation he said best go into branch i,m trying to avoid the extra trip into town i said, for a five min conversation with reception, can you give me the branch number, apparently not , so i said i,m trying to avoid just not turning up and iv made good efforts to contact them what can you do he said i will transfer you , and promptly cut me off ,,,, its been a frustrating few days , so to sum up not wanting to be rude and not just turn up and i still need the appointment , i shall get the bus into town, walk up the high street into branch speak to a human change my appointment walk back to the bus station and get the bus home should take me about 2 hours , then probably do the same thing again a few days later for the new appointment ,

The most trivial bank, I have used in my life . I have raised a complain against two fraud transactions but the customer service team is ignoring me and they seem very careless . They don't even refund me even though it's my right to get refunded.
