No delivery, no comms

Ordered a Christmas jumper on 16th November. Have not received the item (writing this on Boxing Day), and you can only get in touch with them via a contact form. Needless to say, nobody has yet come back to me "within the next working day". Appalling customer service. Guessing that the money (nearly £40 including delivery) is a write off, I hope it's gone to a good cause at least. There are other charities out there with far better delivery and customer service. Donate directly to the Marine Conservation Society, and buy your merchandise elsewhere.

Delivery of t-shirts never happened

Ordered two t-shirts for Xmas on the 06/12/25. Wanting to buy presents that also support a fantastic charity. Also bought three t-shirts from wildlife trust. Both companies outsource their t-shirts.to teemill a company that provides t-shirts for many charities. My delivery Days came and went. No sign of any t-shirts. On the 19/12/25 I was refunded for the marine conservation t-shirt no email no explanation for the refund without them trying to remedy the lack of t-shirts. I still haven't received the other three t-shirts from wildlife trust. Really disappointed with the communication and service from teemill as I have been corresponding with them and basically it's Xmas eve and I have no presents for five family members. Not great service.
