You're given professional advice on the mobilty and Qigong exercises by Andrew. You do things at your own pace and capability. It's a great place to meet new people. Its about 2 years since I have joined Mind Angels senior mobility group which addressed my arthritic joint pains. The gentle pace of the exercises and Qi Gong sessions have greatly improved my flexibility,balance and mobility.
