Founded in 1987, the Namibia Nature Foundation (NNF) began by helping the then Department of Nature Conservation raise and administer funds for wildlife conservation and protected area management. Activities include community-based natural resource management, combating desertification, pollution and waste management, plus policy, training, education and grant-making.
