After calling BT to explain I'd been…

After calling BT to explain I'd been hacked and the hacker had taken over my BT account.I was told I had fault on phone line even though I hadn't any issues other than hacking.BT explained this fault would be dealt with and wasn't necessary to access my home. The next day I received an email stating an Outreach engineer would my visit my home between 8am and 1pm the next day.Later the same day I received another email stating that the time of visit had changed to between 1pm and 6pm.I emailed to clarify but no reply. Next day the Outreach engineer turned up 2 hours early .Thankfully my Mum was in.Engineer said wall socket needed to be replaced and then told us there was a fault on Internet and phone. This seemed strange as never had any issues. Left at 12.30 but came back 3 hours.Sawed off exterior box and replaced leaving all cables exposed. This made me feel vulnerable as could easily be tampered with and due to hacking I haven'tbeen able to call out on my mobile.I went into Bt shop the next to complain and was told no telephone number for Outreach and I would have to contact them online which I wasn't able to do due to hacking on Internet..However I phoned on landline when I got home and was given engineers name.He then called as I was going out.He insisted that he needed access to my home I checked the Internet and it said that tvhis wasn't necessary, so I didn't understand his insistence.I therefore refused and went out. When I arrived home the cables had been boxed.Very strange.Leaves me feeling uneasy.

Hello back Gary !!!!

Hello back Gary !!!!If you read my review correctly you would have seen I have contacted my provider several times over pass 10 days of no broadband !!! Whom ever she spoke to in your part of the company( I will put politely ) misinformed them as to why we have no service. So therefore the onus is on Openreach for now not fixing the fault which you have said is an outside problem. So fault was first reported and booked 10 days plus more times TODAY I have registered a complaint, still to date it is not fixed apart from a different story every time from you as to why. I am more than frustrated believe me. No Internet no tv and seriously left with no security cameras and your lot don't seem to care but keep saying contact your provider I have !!!!! LOTS OF TIMES THEY HAVE CONTACTED YOU SEVERAL TIMES TO GET IT FIXED What is so difficult to understand. Your customer care is disgraceful and repetitive instead of getting an engineer out here and rectifying the situation.
